For evaluating the satisfaction of computer performance, the researcher collected data from online questionnaires with Google form. The population used in this study was the staff within the department and within the Office of General Education, total of 29 people. The results revealed that 1) The efficiency of equipment installation is on average 4.97, 2) Computer programs are modern and convenient is on average 5.00, 3) Service convenience is on average 4.94, 4) Officers give advice and answer questions clearly is on average 5.0, 5) Staff are attentive and enthusiastic about the service is on average 4.97, 6) The staff are courteous and use polite words in providing services is on average 4.97, 7) Overall, the services that meet the needs and are beneficial is on average 4.97. From the knowledge management group meeting on computer performance development, there are 10 recommendations for improving computer performance. ER -
