There are 3 steps of the research methodology as follows: step 1: Establishing a knowledge management system in the organization, step 2: Research is conducted in accordance with the management process, and step 3 evaluation of satisfaction with the development and improvement of the master's degree program in general education. The curriculum was revised from a sample of 71 people consisted of teachers, student representatives, executives and personnel, and assess the satisfaction of general education courses from a sample of 2,023 students enrolled in general education courses by analyzing data in every step, using percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research are as follows. 1) Can create a knowledge management system in the organization more concrete by appointing a knowledge management committee to operate systematically. The result is able to extract into a set of knowledge and obtain knowledge about the process of undergraduate curriculum development in general education course. 2) Learning new processes or approaches that can be applied as a guideline for the development of other works and able to extract the knowledge about "curriculum development process in general education". 3) The results of the satisfaction evaluation from the sample found that the overall satisfaction in participation in knowledge management activities was at a high level with an average of 4.32 (S.D.=0.68), and the overall satisfaction with the curriculum development process and process was at a high level with an average of 4.06 (S.D.=0.75).
