Abstract

The paper shows the relevance of quantifying the modern startups effectiveness in the service sector. The main problems of scoring evaluation are systematized as one of the most common methods for studying the startups effectiveness. The methodology of improved scoring evaluation of the startups effectiveness was argued. Distinctive features of the improved technique are: accounting of not only opportunistic, but also long-term effectiveness of a startup in a single coordinate system; a comprehensive study of startup parameters (innovativeness, integrativity, quality of personnel, financial and other sectors, etc.); assessment of the degree of balance of individual startup parameters by calculating the standard deviation of points
