A STUDY OF JOB SATISFACTION OF PERSONNEL IN THE GENERAL EDUCATION OFFICE SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
The purpose of this research was to 1) study the job satisfaction of the personnel of the Office of General Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, consists of 10 areas, namely work performed, respect, work characteristic, responsibility, career progress, policy and management plan, salary and welfare, relations with colleagues and supervisors, working conditions and job security, and 2) study the conditions, problems, and suggestions regarding job satisfaction of personnel in the Office of General Education Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample consisted of personnel from the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, total of 28 people currently working in the fiscal year 2019. The instrument used in this research was 5 level of rating scale, consisting of 60 items. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, average and standard deviation. The results of the job satisfaction of the personnel revealed that the overall satisfaction of the personnel was at a moderate level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that personnel were satisfied with their salary and benefits, and responsibility at the high level, in other aspects, the personnel were satisfied at a moderate level.
