Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop an efficient data storage process for the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation. The research has created an online satisfaction questionnaire about data storage by using Good form through the Google drive system and shared links to the sample. The research population is the personnel of the Bureau of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, totaling 32 people. Descriptive static analysis was used to find the frequency distribution, percentage, mean and discuss the results. The results of the study showed that the overall academic staffs were satisfied with the overall Google Drive system operation at the highest level of satisfaction, with an average of 4.51 or 90.13 percent. (1) In terms of efficiency, it was found that the satisfaction was at the highest level, with an average value of 4.53 or 90.50 percent. (2) In terms of ease of use, it was found that satisfaction was at the highest level with an average value of 4.54 or 90.80 percent. As well, (3) In terms of the benefit was at high level of satisfaction with an average of 4.45 or 89.04 percent. In addition, for the most benefit from using the system, users must use only a Google account and use online. As well as, users should study how to use the Google drive system before use to make work more efficient.
