Abstract

The purposes of the study personnel participation in reviewing the strategic plan and formulating an annual action plan of the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University are 1) to study the participation of personnel in reviewing the strategic plan and formulating an annual action plan of the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, and 2) to create a participatory model. In reviewing the strategic plan and formulating the annual action plan of the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation. The researcher collected online questionnaires as google form from the population used in this study of 32 personnel of the General Education Office. The statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, average and standard deviation. Participation survey results classified by gender and according to the structure of the Bureau, divided into 5 divisions, found that the majority agree with this participation with all questions and created a model for participation in the review of the strategic plan and the annual action plan which consists of participation in the process according to the strategic plan, divided into 6 steps that focus on participation From participation in plan formulation up to revise the plan as suggested in the next year.
