THE EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AT THE OFFICE OF GENERAL EDUCATION AND ELECTRONIC LEARNING INNOVATION

Abstract

According to the research on the efficiency improvement of the office administration at the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, the study aims to improve the administration in terms of efficiency, velocity, the ability to serve the needs of students registered GE courses, and to respond to the needs of the universityThe improvement on service provision and operation inside the unit are focused, in particular, the focus on the productivity and the principles of good governance / public administration.

The study afore-mentioned has been further studied in the form of survey researchThe population is administrators and staffs of the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning InnovationA questionnaire is used for collecting data34 copies are distributed from October 2017 to June 2018The data is processed via descriptive statistical analysis and data analysis by inferential statistics in 4 aspectsThe results on the efficiency of the office administration at the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation overall according to “Iddhipada 4” principle or principle IV (path of accomplishment) is at a high level with the average mean of 4.19When considering individual aspect, aspiration is at high level with the average mean of 4.26, followed by the other three at high level.
