Abstract

The purposes of this qualitative research include to improve the process development of the operational systems, the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning and to reduce errors concerning the notification of operational calendar through Google calendar used as an assistant to arrange the working schedule allowing the share, check or correction of the data and leading to the speedy, up-to-date, and efficient operational process. The study begins with the notice and the enquires of data from those involving in the process development of the operational systems, followed by the meeting to brainstorm ideas for the guidelines to solve problems, the submission of the guidelines to the administrators for approval, and the implementation by personnel in the office. The questionnaire is used to find out the userssatisfaction of the services of the operational systems through Google calendar. The findings are in highest level, which is consistent with the needs of the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning. The data is accurate, convenient to use, easy to access, and able to reduce paper work. Moreover, the systems can be implemented successfully leading to the efficient and speedy operation.
