STUDENT SERVICES DEVELOPMENT AT ONE STOP SERVICE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate student’s satisfaction towards one-stop service center of International College, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in academic year 2018. The sample in this study was 1,460 students who received the services in academic year 2018. The instrument used in this study was 5-Likert scale questionnaire relating to satisfaction towards the one-stop service center. The statistics applied in this study were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed high level of students’ satisfaction toward the one-stop service center (X ̅=4.49, S.D. 0.50). According to each point, the findings showed that the highest level of students’ satisfaction was cleanliness and tidiness of the center environment (X ̅=4.55, S.D. = 0.57), followed by speed of service (X ̅ = 4.52, S.D.= 0.58), information and communication channel system (X ̅= 4.50, S.D.= 0.58), effectiveness of response and suggestion (X ̅= 4.45, S.D.=0.60), and user-friendliness (X ̅=4.43, S.D.= 0.60), respectively.
